Letting of business unit for car sales

Merrifields have recently introduced True Car Sales to B1 Chase Road. Following a successful dilapidations claim against the previous tenant for non compliance with repairing covenants Merrifields arranged for the unit to be repaired and decorated ready for marketing. Following interest from True Car Sales and successful planning application for a change of use True Car sales took occupation at the end of February.
