New letting at Newmarket House

Merrifields have introduced and agreed terms with an existing tenant at Newmarket House in Snailwell to take more space. Following receipt of break notices from two adjacent tenants Merrifields liaised with both tenants and agreed a surrender of one tenants lease and the grant of a new lease on both offices suites to the other tenant who needed additional space.

The transaction was technically complicated however with good liaison between the Management and Agency departments at Merrifields and a commercial approach from the landlord and tenants all stakeholders benefitted from the common sense approach adopted.
