Warehouse sold in Bury St Edmunds

On behalf of Arco, who relocated to Bunting Road, Merrifields have agreed a sale of their former regional warehouse and trade counter. The building is about 28,300 sq ft on 1.3 acres and attracted significant interest and has been sold to a firm relocating to Bury St Edmunds from near Ipswich.
