Following the refurbishment of the ground floor space to a smaller retail unit and the remaining upper parts at 21 Churchgate Street, Bury St Edmunds to residential, Merrifields were instructed to find a new tenant for the town centre shop following the former occupier vacating. In an off market deal, a new lease was negotiated with a local occupier who will be opening a new European furniture sales and restoration business.
