Acquired for client - 21a Queens Street, Haverhill

On behalf of St Nicholas Hospice, Merrifields have agreed terms with the tenant of 21a Queens Street, to take a sub-lease until the end of their contractual term. St Nicholas Hospice are looking to open a new store for the sale of furniture and other donated items.
