A Good letting

Merrifields have just completed the letting of Goodprint House in Thetford. The tenant, Rioned UK Ltd, were secured to take a lease on the whole building at a new benchmark rent for Thetford.

Merrifields had advised the client on the refurbishment of the building in order to attract tenants. Merrifields then tracked Rioned's requirement and showed them a few different buildings before they settled on Goodprint House as the preferred option.

Merrifields advice on marketing, refurbishment and the persistent approach in securing the tenant’s interest was key in securing the letting.
