Atex Business Park, Stowmarket

Merrifields have been appointed selling and letting agents for the new Atex Business Park Development in Stowmarket. Merrifields sold the land to the developer in 2016 and following the sale have provided initial development advice to the developer. Groundworks have started with construction due to commence in 2019. The new Business Park will provide over 60,000 sq ft of commercial space with a mix of trade, industrial and office uses on the site.
