Breckland Retail Park in Thetford Opens to the public

Breckland Retail Park in Thetford has opened with B&M, Greggs and Home Bargains opening its doors to customers. The long awaited opening has come some four years after the site was sold by Merrifields in 2016. Merrifields have since provided development and agency advice to the developer to bring the Retail Park to life with big brand names such as B&M, Greggs and Home Bargains. The development is one of the few speculative retail schemes in the country at a time of change in the retail sector. Merrifields have also been appointed phase 3 managing agents for the Park.
