Good demand for small business units

Merrifields have successfully introduced a tenant to a small modern business unit in Stowmarket. Merrifields were asked to provide advice to the landlord about the timing of marketing and the condition the unit should be offered in. The landlord accepted our advice and after undertaking works to the unit it was offered in good condition. The property was marketed in Mid July and following several viewings and offers an offer was accepted at the end of July and the tenant moved in in mid August.
