Industrial Investment acquired for clients

Following advice from Rowan Mason of Merrifields an existing client has acquired premises at Sharon Road in Bury St Edmunds. The client will occupy part of the site and lease the surplus unit. Merrifields have been instructed to manage the site and market the vacant unit.
