Acting for the private owners of units 4a, c and d Lynx Business Park near Newmarket, Merrifields were instructed to sell the freehold investment as a whole or in part. Merrifields marketed the property targeting both smaller and larger scale investors and owner occupiers. Following good interest in the property, Merrifields managed to source an investor to purchase the whole property, in a deal which worked for both vendor and purchaser.
