Land acquired for redvelopmnet in Thetford

We are pleased to be have been appointed as sole agents for the new owners of three sites on Caxton Way in Thetford. The sites have been acquired from Tulip for redevelopment. It is proposed that the existing buildings will be demolished by later Summer 2016. The sites will provide substantial new warehousing up to about 200,000 sq ft about 0.7 miles from the A11, a new roadside development next to the Forest Retail Park and a small stand alone site of about one half on an acre.
