Lettings at Mercers Road

Merrifields have recently introduced two new tenants to two warehouse units located on Mercers Road in Bury St Edmunds. Following being notified of a relocation of one tenant and the retirement of another, Merrifields were instructed by two independent landlords to secure two tenants. By taking a proactive stance and working with both landlords, tenants and their advisors, the leases were completed quickly to minimise rental voids.
