Off market sale of former Stanref factory

Acting for the private owners of the former Stanref factory on Northern Way in Bury St Edmunds Merrifields introduced a purchaser to the property who has now completed the purchase. The property was sold in an off market transaction. Merrifields introduced the purchaser to the seller in 2017 with a delayed completion agreed for May 2018.
