Following a successful marketing campaign of unit 9 and professional advice on other matters Merrifields are pleased to have been appointed as agents to manage the Four Wheel Drive Development on the Rougham Industrial Estate.
The development comprises 9 modern business units and is located close to junction 45 of the A14 and has excellent access to the new link road connecting to the Suffolk Business Park in Bury St Edmunds.
