Merrifields were appointed by an international property fund to market Everards and Woolhall House, a substantial mixed retail and office building in the centre of Bury St Edmunds where occupiers include Pizza Hut and Rudlings Wakelam Solicitors.  Merrifields were successful in introducing a purchaser to the property who completed their purchase in April and have since appointed Merrifields to act as their Asset Managers and Property Managers to advise them on strategies for improving the building, tenant satisfaction, letting of vacant space and managing the building in an efficient and cost effective way. 

Merrifields Management Team are already working on strategies to improve the appearance of the accommodation, reduce the occupation costs and increase the chances of letting vacant space.

Merrifields Agency team have already secured a letting of an office and a shop and two other offices under offer.
