The Old Courts Newmarket

Merrifields are delighted to be appointed by our client to provide a full management service of The Old Courts complex complementing the Agency and Professional Services that we already provide. The complex comprises a Victorian former court building which has been added to and is currently multi occupied for office, leisure and business use. Our duties will include the collection of rents, administration of the service charge and placement of the insurance.
