Congratulations Brendan Watson MRICS!

This morning Brendan received his result that he has passed his APC and is now a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Over the last five years Brendan has delivered nothing but the best advice to the clients of Merrifields. Brendan is a crucial part of our Property Management team and we look forward to seeing him achieve even more in his career having qualified.

Brendan has worked very hard to achieve this huge milestone in his surveying career. The road to achieving this qualification is a long one but Brendan put in the work to get his hours under his belt and get the best submission possible in. The long nights and weekends of revising ahead of your assessment have all paid off as you are now a member of the RICS. Well done Brendan, very well deserved!
