Merrifields have been appointed to market a substantial retail warehouse of about 20,000 s q ft off Beetons Way in Bury St Edmunds.  The property backs on to Beetons Way and planning consent has been granted for new highway access off Beetons Way whilst retaining the existing access off Anglian Lane.
