London Road Trade Centre, Thetford

Merrifields acquired a Warehouse building with roadside potential on London Road in Thetford. Merrifields recognised the opportunity to add value by letting to roadside occupiers under an existing planning use class. Merrifields assessed the potential for re-development works to sub-divide the Warehouse into smaller Trade Counter units and sourced contractors on behalf of clients to carry out shell refurbishment and sub-division works. Merrifields managed to secure Toolstation on a pre-let as an anchor tenant and facilitate delivery of the works to create a multi-let Trade Park scheme.
